At first, I'd like to thank Sandy for giving me this opportunity.

Hot Rod was born in Semptember 2006,in Catania (Italy). In the  beginning they started out as a Heavy Metal band,before finding their way into Glamrock.Their previous release had a more Heavy Metal-feel to it.  This is their  Glam Rock-Demo,from October 2011.
Not knowing much about the band, I was a bit sceptical.How wrong that was, they're definitely worth listening to

Starting with the first song ,HeadbanGirl, they're flying right in there. That bit of classic rock, with extra guitar, really does it.I got sucked right in there, and I'm sure the most of you will feel the same.
Jenny, the second song, is a bit slower, but has a nice  piece of guitarplay in it.
Don't wanna be like you, has the same feeling about it as the first song, and yet again, love the guitar! Listening to it, makes me feel happy and want to grab a beer. To me, this is glam as it should be
For those days to come is a real slow-tempo song, and is a bit of a let-down ending of a great demo-cd. Guitar sound is a bit of a repeat from the previous songs. Even the solo gave me the feeling I've heard it all before.

All in all, it's a kickass demo, and they've really got potential if they hang in there. Great vocalist!
